Shipping Policy

Purchases will be shipped by USPS from Miami, Florida. 

  • The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order.

  • Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.

  • Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

  • For faster delivery, upgrade your shipping method, but note: not all delivery methods are available to all areas.


The following shipping methods are available, Priority Mail (2-4 business days), and First Class Mail (1-3 business days).

Return & Refund Policy

At Fig Company we always want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you're unsatisfied, it's easy to return or exchange it. If you purchased your item(s) online or by phone, please contact us through email to obtain a return authorization and further instructions.

Returned items need to be 75% intact and returned with their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable.

 

Remember, we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

 

  • If we shipped the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us, and we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.  

 

  • If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us to process your return.
